The Mermaid

 I finished project #2 this week and i was nervous about this project because watercolor isn't my strong point so i tried to take more time on this one

    I'm proud of you for getting out of your comfort zone Katie. Now for your next piece (whichever one it is) try not to center the objects in the composition. You need to crop in and have the emphasis in the corner or somewhere other than the center.

    I love how the scales and the different values in the hair make it look more realistic!!
